    "content": "In the USA, when Bush Jr. and Al Gore argued that California State results had irregularities they never disbanded a commission. The elections body was respected. They conceded defeat and life continued, unlike in this country where when you lose, you want to disband bodies. When we interacted with the commissioners, they confirmed that there were certain weaknesses in the institution that require reforms. They acknowledged that and that is what we need to do, reform institutions and not disband them or appoint a tribunal to hear the commissioners."
