    "content": "Whatever disciplinary action to be taken, it has to cut both ways. There is no selective application of disciplinary provisions in the Standing Orders. There are many Backbenchers who are also not here. In fact, it is a good number of them. They are not here to execute their constitutional mandate to represent their own people, constituencies and the country at large. We will go back again one more time."
