    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I rise on a point of order under this Order on Papers to seek your guidance. Once we dispose of the County Allocation of Revenue Bill which is on the Order Paper, we are required under the Public Finance Management Act to discuss and pass the cash disbursement schedule without which the Controller of Budget will not be able to disburse money. Since we are going on recess, from what I hear, I would like your guidance because the documents have not been forwarded to us for tabling. I know the Treasury has sent the cash disbursement schedule; it is with the Clerk’s office."
