    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, just before we move out of the Order on Statements, about a month ago, four or five weeks ago, I requested for a statement on the progress of construction of Kisumu-Kakamega Road. This statement was supposed to be delivered in two weeks, which is about three weeks ago. The Committee responsible sought for an additional two more weeks. It was supposed to be delivered last week. We are breaking off today and we have not received this statement."
