    "content": "(Sen. (Prof.) Kindiki): Mr. Speaker, Sir, I support this Bill. This Bill has been with us for a while and there was a general consensus yesterday that this is the direction to go. In any case, the figures that each county is getting are determined by a formula which most Senators think – I agree with them – we will need to relook at. Perhaps this is the time to review after the initial three years. Having said so and noting that we have a heavy afternoon, considering that some Senators are travelling in a short while and that we have to pass this Bill today, I plead with Senators who have not contributed to do so in the context of the Third Reading. I support and request that the Mover replies then we vote."
