    "content": "The particulars are that on various dates the Deputy Governor committed the following acts which were in gross violation of the specified provisions of the Leadership and Integrity Act, No. 19 of 2012, among other provisions- (1) THAT the Deputy Governor called Dr. Sunil Kumal Dhall, the County Executive Committee member for Trade, Economic Planning and Industrialization, a “mhindi” ; (2) THAT the Deputy Governor used derogatory language against people from outside of Machakos County; (3) THAT the Deputy Governor caused inflammatory leaflets to be printed; (4) THAT the Deputy Governor made inflammatory remarks on social media; and, (5) THAT the Deputy Governor uttered ethnically and regionally divisive and defamatory words during public rallies."
