    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I need your guidance and your ruling on the matter that I want to raise and, therefore, I need your full attention. When you introduced this matter, you cited Article 181 of the Constitution and Standing Order No.68. Reading Article 181 of the Constitution, it provides for the procedure for the removal of a county Governor. It does not state the position of a Deputy Governor. Similarly, Standing Order No.68 also gives us the procedure for the removal of a Governor and it is very silent on the issue of the Deputy Governor. So, I just want to seek your guidance if we are really acting within the law because the Standing Order you cited and the Article in the Constitution does not provide for removal of a Deputy Governor.
