I thought that the office of the Governor implies the office of the Deputy Governor, because the Deputy Governor is the running mate of the Governor. Without the Governor, there would be no Deputy Governor. So, it is a fact of law stipulating that the impeachment of a Governor will mutatis mutandis imply the impeachment of the Deputy Governor."
