    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, maybe just in response to Sen. Mutula Kilonzo Jnr., Sen. (Prof.) Anyang’-Nyong’o and the Senate Majority Leader, we do not want to act in futility. This will be a very strong ground for somebody to take us to court. If you look at the procedure for the removal of the President, there is a separate procedure for the removal of the Deputy President. The Senate Majority Leader is telling me that it is the same, but Article 150 and Standing Order No.67 are very clear on how to remove the Deputy President. So, the same should have applied for the Governor and his deputy."
