"content": "Sit down, Sen. Murkomen! On the other hand, if it is a prescription because you are not able to walk without it then, of course, reasonableness would expect that you be exempted because you want to sit in the House to contribute. So, I think it may look frivolous, but it is an extremely important situation. I hope you have noticed that even water itself in the Chambers these days is given in plastic bottles and not in glasses like it used to be. It is not served in anything that can be turned into a weapon. So, this is a fundamental issue that has been raised; it is not out of idleness that Sen. Sang raised it. If you are able to walk without a walking stick, it will be better that you did not walk with it into the House. If, however, it is inevitable that you must have it, then, of course, there must be an exemption to any rule."
