I rise to support this Motion and more importantly say that as a Member of the Committee on Finance, Commerce and Budget, it would be a travesty for us to go on any form of recess, leave or otherwise, without passing the County Allocation of Revenue Bill which the Committee has worked tirelessly for the last several months to put it in place.
