"content": "Thank you, hon. Speaker. The matter the hon. Member has raised will take me time to answer. He has cited Article 232(1)(h) on the representation of Kenya’s diverse communities, which I am ready and able to reply to. He has also cited Article 241(4) that talks about the composition of the command of the Kenya Defence Forces and whether it reflects the regional and ethnic diversity of the people of Kenya. Finally, the hon. Member has talked about Article 246(4) that again talks about the composition of the National Police Service, and whether its composition reflects the regional and ethinic diversity of the country. This requires me to consult widely in the Government and bring an answer to the House in three weeks."
