Pursuant to Standing Order No.44(2)(c), I wish to request a Statement from the Chairperson of the Departmental Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade regarding the Kenya Industrial Estates (KIE) Progamme. The KIE Programme provided an incubation process for upcoming businesses and entrepreneurs, but it appears to have fizzled out. Currently there are no existing programme centres around the country."
