    "content": "Hon. Speaker, the Constitution envisages a situation where the different arms of the county governments work in consultation and collaboration. However, there have been difficulties in the day-to-day running of Isiolo County Assembly for the past three months. This has impeded the normal running of the Assembly and by extension the County Government. It has also been noted that the Secretary and by extension the county executive have been involved in ensuring that debacle including the engagement on local security officers to block entry in the county assembly of the Speaker, the Clerk and the staff.
