    "content": "Thank you, hon. Speaker for your comments. Looking at the way the question is drafted, it says the Ministry of Devolution and Planning, the Transition Authority as well as Parliament. I do not know whether I would have to call the Speakers of National Assembly and Senate or the Clerks of Parliament and the Governor to be able to tell my committee what steps have been taken. But I am really concerned about Parliament. Will I call the Speaker of the National Assembly and the Speaker of the Senate to explain how this matter has been handled to ensure that people are peaceful and enjoying the fruits of devolution?"
