    "content": "What should happen ideally is that we should even harmonise the two Acts. We should have one law. We should have the Anti-Corruption and Economic Crimes Act,and the EACC Act in one legislation. We should consolidate the two because this will provide for both institutional and a substantive framework for law enforcement and prevention of corruption. It will also provide for international co-operation and for mutual legal assistance in line with international instruments."
