    "content": "I would like to go straight to the matter relating to the amendment of the Criminal Procedure Code. Article 49(1)(h) of the Constitution is very clear. The intention of enacting the Constitution was also very clear. Though this matter has been contentious in terms of people being released on bond when they are facing death sentence or if they have been accused of terrorism activities, I do not think that it has been framed properly. This is not the way the setting should have been done."
