    "content": "Hon. Speaker, if you look at the NHIF proposed amendments, you will find that they have not been made in good faith. They are not supposed to really comply with the Constitution as it has been alleged here. This is because since the new Constitution was enacted, the role of the Government was to make sure that all laws in the country have been aligned to the new Constitution. It is admitted that there are a few flaws here and there or the so-called gray areas.
