    "content": "Hon. Speaker, generally, if you look at this Statute Law (Miscellaneous Amendments) Bill, it does not seem that the Committee has been very keen on it. I think there is need to go back and relook at the Bill so that the law is amended to serve the people of Kenya and not for particular interests or to frustrate certain interests. That seems to be the motive and reason for bringing this Bill. There seems not to have been proper consultations with the Office of the Attorney-General."
