    "content": "I do not want to comment on the SRC because its amendment has already been withdrawn. However, I want to comment on the Kenya School of Government Act. I support this amendment because of national values. We have very many public officers who are appointed to offices but they are not even aware about the national values as outlined in Article 10 of the Constitution."
