    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I rise to support these amendments but with some considerations. I support the amendment proposed to the Criminal Procedure Code. It is important to introduce these provisions and to make clear the circumstances under which the court may decline to grant bail to the accused persons. This is going to clarify and reduce the ambiguity or room for discretion by judges. Discretion is good but when we propose the circumstances it clarifies the whole thing.
