    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I would like to contribute to this very important Bill. I will start from the middle. This country has a new Constitution. One of the reasons this Constitution was done was to ensure that power is shared and not centralized. Therefore, anything that we do in this Assembly or anything that this country does should be done in the spirit of ensuring that power is never centralized in one place."
