    "content": "The resolutions of this Bill relating to labour and employment in this country have been a sham, if I may use that term. This is because the court we have has never had the status of a High Court. So, what the new Constitution did was to elevate that court to the level of a High Court and allowed this Parliament to come up with a court that will be with clear jurisdiction to deal with matters of employment and labour. Therefore, the amendments proposed in this Bill are very sound to the extent that they do what the Constitution requires us to do. That is to set up an Employment and Labour Relations Court. The amendment as proposed will just do that."
