    "content": "Secondly, this amendment will ensure that that court when established will be fully funded and will enjoy the jurisdiction and the powers of a High Court. We agreed at the Committee level that there have been attempts in this Bill to try and put that court at a level lower than that of a High Court and yet the Constitution is very clear that this is a court with the same powers of a High Court. So, my Committee and I will bring amendments to ensure that the powers and privileges that have been envisaged by the Constitution for this Court are basically entrenched in the law so that it can be able to carry out its functions as required."
