In my constituency, I am trying to register so many companies for the youth, women and the disabled people and every time there is a seminar here and there, you have to pay an attendance fee of up to Kshs15,000. This is just for sending one person from a company to attend a seminar in Nairobi. They are just, again, centralizing everything in Nairobi. They do not have any business to do. They do not realize that there is devolution and they can do that in Nakuru, Kisumu and other places."
