    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I support the nullification because it does not help our artisans to come up. Those are young people who we want to help financially for them to grow. These fines will not help them. I agree with the Committee. However, I want the Committee to look further and ensure that the National Construction Authority builds capacity to help the artisans and those who are coming into this business to grow. With those few remarks, I support the Motion."
