In the last two weeks four, people have died and several have been injured at that spot. Could the Chair tell us the criteria for having bumps erected? We know that building a footbridge would cost Kshs100 million and it can take three to five years to complete. How many people are going to be injured or killed on that spot before bumps are erected?"
