Is the land the major issue that caused the attacks in Mpeketoni? We see the Cabinet Secretary busy revoking some title deeds. Are the owners of these title deeds the ones who caused the attack in Mpeketoni? How are insecurity and land related? We want that to be clarified; from what he has read, there is nothing touching on land, yet land is now the major issue. It is as if the only thing that has caused what is going on in Mpeketoni is land. Thank you hon. Speaker."
