    "content": "I am saying here that the people who live in Wajir, Mandera and Garissa counties; the Somalis are being discriminated against on the basis of ethnicity. This is because we have our cousins in Somalia. We look alike and share hereditary linage. We are discriminated against because of that. Many of our people lack IDs which affects their lives."
