    "content": "Most of the youth contemplate joining Al Shaabab and maybe some of them have already joined. I have text messages in my phone that say that the youth do not have IDs and as such they cannot join colleges, get employment and they cannot even get basic rights. This even includes opening a bank account or accessing a Government office. If you want to access a Government office or any other office, normally you deposit your ID at the reception. If you do not have an ID or passport, how will you access services or Government offices? Even accessing the DC’s Office is a problem. Therefore, we are asking the Government to ensure that these Kenyans are given identity cards. This is because if we continue like this our people will continue being alienated.
