When we say that all eligible Kenyans are entitled to identity cards, that takes into account even Somalis as long as they are Kenyans. When we raise the issue of refugees, we are opening a Pandora’s box. We are likely to bring in people who are not Kenyans and we all know that our borders are porous. Therefore, I will support this Motion."
