    "content": "Fund. I am sure a number of Kenyans in other constituencies, apart from mine, will not enjoy the benefits of that Fund because they do not have identity cards. This is a serious matter that even before trying to address other issues like unemployment, the Government should be concerned about how to register those citizens first. With those few remarks, I support the Motion as amended."
