Could you allow the Assistant Minister to proceed and answer the Question? All that the Assistant Minister has said is that because he answered too many Questions, it might have skipped his memory. That is essentially what it means by, he had not answered exhaustively. So, allow him to go ahead and answer it as per the requirement of the Chair!"
