Speaker, I stand here to seek your indulgence because there is a Statement which I sought for on the construction of buildings across the country when there are already existing buildings. We are worried that this is affecting the counties now. There is a debate countrywide. People are arguing about whether counties are going to abandon county assemblies and offices buildings and construct others. Because the Statement is very important, I am asking for your guidance; we have not seen any sign that the answer will be coming. I raised this matter around June before we went for the short recess."
