Mwiru might have contravened the National Cohesion and Integration Act by describing each other in terms of the colour of their skins. If they had said it outside the House the National Cohesion and Integration Commission (NCIC) would have dealt with. I am just concerned that we are misusing privilege by making racial statements that are against the National Cohesion and Integration Act."
