    "content": "We are saying that even with this Mining Bill the Constitution must be respected. The culture of Kenyans, and even Africans at large, does not mean that we are desperate for other cultures. We are rich in culture; we have never sat down anywhere in the world and agreed on which culture is superior to the other. No! We have our own culture and we have never borrowed somebody else’s culture. Therefore, our culture must also be respected even when we are desperate. With those remarks, I support the Bill."
