    "content": "Before I contribute to this Bill, as we sit here today, I take note that the presence of our continent and in particular our country, Kenya, in Washington DC is because the American Government requested to have a conference with the Heads of State. This speaks volumes noting the ignorance that America has always placed on the African Continent. There is something in the offing and as Africans we have to take care of that. This is because Africa’s economic growth is well above all the other continents and for the first time in history it appears like Africa is on the move in terms of economics."
