    "content": "Hon. Speaker, I was watching Broomberg and other news channels across the world yesterday and I was very impressed. Although this is an African delegation, there was a lot of emphasis in the news media across the world on Kenya’s delegation, particularly the President of this Republic. The reason for that is that Kenya is emerging, apart from being the financial hub in the East African region, it is a resource rich country that is depended on by the region. I think that is very important to note in light of this Bill that talks about the management of our natural resources."
