"content": "I did not call anybody names. The guilty are afraid. If you go to Migori, for example, people there do not have land. Land is owned by foreigners from other parts of the country. That is because it was anticipated there would be oil in Migori. Some people have title deeds in Migori. If you go to Turkana, the Ngamia fields, because of the oil, people who are even Members of this House before, are holding titles and the Turkanas are not even aware. We need to address this issue as a people. We need to be sober up because, as the Chairman of the Lands Committee has said, this thing will cause clashes.
