Would I be in order to propose that since this debate is of great national importance, we adjourn and extend time for debate until the Members have had a chance to contribute? That is because the time will not be enough? I propose that we go on until 8.00 p.m. or 9.00 p.m. This matter is important and I am sure the people of Lamu will listen patiently."
