    "content": "The other thing is that when it comes to the issue of land, this House and all other leaders should move very carefully. Looking at the law, the Government of the day had power to allocate land but there was a procedure, including that the Government was supposed to gazette the land that was un-allocated. It was even supposed to auction land if it was not occupied by the communities. That never used to happen and people who were occupying land would wake up one day or be woken up one day by bulldozers chasing them away from their shanties. So, it is important that this issue is redressed."
