You are aware that the TSC has recently released the number of places that they want to offer each school and every county to try and achieve some form of balance in the discrepancy of teachers in the country. Maybe this is an opportunity for the Chairperson to also tell us the criteria that was used to allocate the given number of positions to various counties and why certain schools were allowed to recruit and others are not going to enjoy the same privilege"
