    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairperson, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT clause 3 of the Bill be amended by – a) renumbering the proposed new section 6A as section 6A (1); b) Inserting the following new subsections immediately after the new subsection (1) – 2) A County Assembly may, by a resolution supported by at least two thirds of the Members of the County Assembly and with the approval of the Senate, transfer the county government from the physical location specified in the Third Schedule to such other physical location as it may consider appropriate. (3) A County Assembly shall, before passing a resolution under subsection (2), obtain the views of the members of the public within the County.
