"content": "know we have three counties in this country that we have passed a Motion in the Senate that the national Government should be able to support the establishment of their headquarters and that is Tana River, Tharaka Nithi and Nyandarua. I think with this decision, we should also consider Laikipia as part of those counties that the national Government should be able to support to put the necessary infrastructure in Rumuruti so that they are able to provide the facilities for the county government to be based in Rumuruti. I, therefore, support this amendment."
