Is the Senator in order to blame the Jubilee Government while he knows very well that the Governors have already been given the money to build their residences and so on? I think it would be in order for this House to be guided that it is up to the county governments and especially the Governors to make sure that where the allocations were, they are done correctly but not the national Government."
