"content": "Mr. Chairman, Sir, if Members look at Column B of the Third Schedule, which is on the Order Paper, you will find the conditional grants for each of the Level 5 hospitals. They are 11 of them. The allocation for the Financial Year 2013/2014 is there and the proposed allocation for the Financial Year 2014/2015 is also there. I want to mention the criteria used for determining that allocation is from the Ministry of Health which looks at a number of resource allocation criteria that has been used for the past 40 to 50 years by the Ministry in allocating money to those general hospitals.
