    "content": "Mr. Chairman, Sir, I was just concluding my contribution. I was proposing as a House, we strongly propose to this Committee to ensure that they initiate the process urgently to make sure that the balance due to these Level 5 hospitals is included. The other issue is that it is also important to send a strong message to the county governments such that even within the allocations they have received, we have seen them diverting other funds to buying houses and expensive vehicles. Could they also contribute to this emergency? This will ensure that no lives are lost, no medicine is missing and no money is diverted to other uses other than ensuring that medication and health services are available in Level 5 hospitals."
