I think we have had an experience in the last one year in the way the county governments and the assemblies have been spending money. Their expenditure has not been prudent because they have not been concentrating on developments. Most of these counties do not have proper county assemblies. They do not have the infrastructure and intend to go for easy money. That is why we are complaining about the trips that they have made.
