    "content": "As I said, I also want to agree that there are certain areas where this country and this Government in particular, has made significant progress. Recently, when I was out of the country, I realized that it is much cheaper for people to call from Kenya to other countries than it is for people to call from there to this country. The cost of calling or the cost of telephony has drastically gone down and I think this is also one area where Kenyans have benefitted. We believe that the benefits will translate and move to the lowest levels possible."
