Actually, it is in our interest that we pass this Bill tonight, however long it takes and you know that if the threshold is below 24 delegations we cannot even proceed because it will be an act in futility. I want to reiterate Sen. Wetangula’s request that please, let us finish what we are here to do and that is the voting.
